1. What is the best way to reserve an apartment?1.
You'll always get our lowest prices when you book online direct with us. To make a booking, simply select ‘Booking’ from the main page. From this page, you'll be able to check the availability of our apartments. Make your selection, enter the dates you'd like to stay, number of guests and select submit. We'll then show you all of the possibilities available to you for those dates. If you’re not sure which apartment is right for you, simply send us an email at email@example.com with additional detail and we will help you decide what might best fit your needs.
2. Is there a minimum length requirement for the stay?
A minimum stay of 2 days is required.
3. What’s the earliest I can have access to the apartment?
Your room will be ready from 4pm on the day you're due to arrive. We try to accommodate earlier arrivals if possible, but this is not guaranteed.
4. What payment options are available to me?

5. What is your cancellation policy?
All cancellations must be made 1 week in advance. Any cancellations happening in less than1 week in advance will be charged the full stay. During any conference period, the cancellation is 90 days prior to the start for a 100% refund and 60 days in advance for a 50% refund.
6. What amenities does your apartment have available?
All apartments come equipped with Wi-Fi, television, toasters, hair dryers, kettles, cooking utensils, dishes, sheets, towels, bottle openers, basic necessities such as toilet paper, etc.
7. Is a deposit required to book the apartment?
Yes, every apartment will require a different deposit based on size, location, etc. Please review the deposit requirement prior to booking. Deposits will be returned after the inspection during check-out.

Payment will be required at the time of booking.
10. Do you accept pets?
No, we do not accept pets at this time.
11. Do I have to give you my payment card details to confirm my booking?
We'll need your card details to guarantee your booking. But don't worry - all details are stored securely and we won't charge you for cancellations providing they're made 1 week prior to the day you're due to arrive. (for conferences, see cancellation policy) Please note: we normally only ask for your payment card details so that we can guarantee your booking, you will be asked to pay for your stay on arrival and may pay with a different card if you wish. Cancellations made after 1pm will result in the full amount per apartment for the first night only being charged to your card.
1. At what time do I have to arrive to pick-up the keys?
The keys will be available any time after 4pm on the day of your arrival. If you need the ability to pick-up the keys outside of normal business hours, we will arrange for them to be left at a convenient location. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure all necessary arrangements are made 2 days prior to your arrival date. Any requests made less than 2 days prior to arrival will be accommodated if possible.

3. My arrival time has changed, what should I do?
Once your booking is made, you will be given the telephone number of the individual giving you the keys. If your arrival time has changed, please ensure you update this individual as soon as possible.
4. I need to make a change to my current reservation, how can I do that?
Please email email@example.com with any needed changes to your existing reservation.
5. I have not yet received my confirmation email, what should I do?
Sorry, but you seem to have encountered a technical problem. We apologize for the inconvenience – please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, dates of stay, apartment choice, and any additional detail you would like to provide. Someone from the team will be able to get back to you within 24 hours.
6. What time must I leave the apartment?
Check out is by 1pm on your agreed departure date. The maid service will arrive at 1pm for the checkout. As such, it is important that you are ready to hand back the keys at this time. Due to costs incurred for the cleaning service, an additional fee of 25 euro will be charged for each hour over 1pm. This money will then be used for off-setting the costs of the next guest who must check-in late as well as the cleaning service.
